I’ll keep this short and sweet. I’ve had the TV for several weeks now, and don’t be happier. The image is impressive. Ours is another 40-inch LCD TV from Samsung is very much appreciated and I did my own comparison just a hockey game of the Stanley Cup, both on TV if you could not hardly any difference. A hockey game show in HD is a very good test for your clarity of television, and Toshiba not disappointed.
The dynamic aspect ratio works very well. The fact that Toshiba should post the ‘contrast ratio is not a deterrent for this TV. The contrast ratio is a marketing gimmick, and the decision should be that if you take care of the appearance of the image, and it’s good that your eyes see a question what is the real contrast ratio?
